I can not begin to tell you what a wonderful experience I have had working with Becky. We are a military family, with orders to relocate to San Antonio from Vandenberg AFB in California. I had to fly to Texas to find, make and offer, and purchase a home. I know I could not have done this without Becky’s assistance. She worked diligently weeks before my arrival to find the homes in San Antonio for sale that met the needs of our growing family. The day I flew into San Antonio, she picked me up from my hotel and we viewed almost 20 homes for sale. By day two, I had made an offer on the PERFECT home! During those two days, Becky was able to give me ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of her time and attention and that is just one of the things that set her apart from other realtors.   She truly took the time to ensure we felt at home from the time our keys unlocked the door!   Becky has to be the most thoughtful realtor I’ve ever worked with (and this is the 3rd house we’ve purchased).

Hello everyone!  We wanted to share with you our home buying experience. We met Becky Flores through a mutual friend.  Having worked together for several months, we now feel we have found a new friend.

From the beginning, we faced a challenge.  I live in Houston and Gus lives in San Antonio.  But leave it to the dedication of Becky to help us overcome that hurdle.

Gus and Becky worked together well in viewing, eliminating and finding our potential home.  I totally trusted them because they knew my style, what I wanted and needed.   When they found a few houses that met our criteria, Becky would make herself available to meet my schedule to drive to SA and see those houses.

If you are considering selling or buying a house we would highly recommend Becky. I still remember that initial meeting we had with her, unlike other people, she had not been recommended and we had no idea who we were meeting with.  My initial reaction was that she was not very friendly and yet very professional.  I realized soon that she indeed was very nice and personable, but that above all she prides herself on being professional.  Believe me when I tell you, that after seeing and dealing with so many other agents either buying our property or selling to us we were so grateful to have an agent like Becky.  Not once was she disrespectful, unprofessional and always kept our best interest at heart.  Throughout the experience I always felt like I could trust her because of her work ethics.  She was very helpful with ideas on how to stage our house, and we received an offer from our first showing.  Since we were also buying I can't even tell you how many times she was willing to talk on the phone or to come over or meet anywhere convenient to us just to clear any doubts or to make suggestions or sometimes just to listen to us.  She showed us houses all over San Antonio because being from another city, we could not make up our minds on what area of San Antonio to concentrate on.  We did not have a very smooth ride with our lender and honestly, if it hadn't been for Becky I think we would had given up.  She dealt with the lender, the selling agent, she helped to get quotes on roofing foundations, insurance and even lent us a power washer for our porch (talk about going out and beyond).  Becky is someone who we trust and we still keep in touch with and we would not hesitate to call her for advice or referrals on our house issues.

My husband and I began looking for new homes in May, 2007. We searched all kinds of websites and spent countless hours driving neighborhoods for "For Sale by Owner" signs. We just seemed to be spinning our wheels...masters not downstairs, backyards too small for a pool, etc.
 
I just didn't want to burden a realtor or feel pressured by a realtor. But, our loan officer told us he knew one who wouldn't mind showing us around and she seemed to fit my personality (we met one seller's realtor who got lost meeting us at the house, then began asking us if we were ready to sign a contract before we even finished asking questions about the house). He was right on target.
 
Becky Flores was a blessing to work with. She was professional and yet friendly. She got answers and returned calls quickly. Becky was able to find our dream house for us within our first or second time out. By September we were closing. She got us through some tenuous negotiations too. We highly recommend Becky.
